Q. How long does it take to receive my order? 

Please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery to the UK unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Q. I placed an order but I put in the wrong address or ordered the wrong item or I would like to change my order.
In most cases just emails us at info@qualite.co.uk and we can correct the form. If you want to change or add to the order, the best way is to email us and void the order and reorder with the changes you want to make.
Can I return a product I don’t want? 
If you are not satisfied with any product you have received for any other reason. We will refund you in full providing we receive the returned item, within 7 days of delivery to you.

How do I change personal my details?
To change any of your details, firstly log in and then click on the ‘My Profile’ link located at the top of the page.
How do I remove items from my cart?
You can do this by either going to “View Basket” and clicking on “Delete Item” or within the “Checkout” section of the store and change the quantity and click the “Update” button.
